参展申请程序及规定:

参展商经与组委会办公室联系选定展位，2011年9月30日前将参展申请表填好后回传，由组委会办公室发函确认，5个工作日内将参展费用全额汇至指定帐户，逾期视为放弃展位，大会将不再保留预定展位。参展商若中途退展位,所交费用一律不予退还。组委会帐户户名：中国（阳江）国际五金刀剪博览会组委会办公室开户银行：中国银行阳江分行营业部帐号：801966501108099001

The procedure and rules of applying for exhibition:

The exhibiter contacts the Organizing Committee Office to fix the booth, and then faxes back the application form for admitting of the Organizing Committee Office before 30th sep, 2009. The exihibiter should remit all exhibition fee to the appointed account with 5 working days, Otherwise it would be considered as giving up the booth and the fair host would not hold on his reserved booth any more. If the exhibiter withdraws the booth midway, all the fee would not be returned. 展位配置及收费标准:
■	展厅面积10000平方米，设标准展位（3m x 3m）400个
■	标准展位：￥3000元/个，特装展位：一级特装￥30000元（6个标准展位）；二级特装￥16000元（4个标准展位）
■	每个标准展位内统一配备三面围板，一张洽谈桌、两张椅、两盏日光灯（40w/个）、一个电源插座（220V/50HZ) 企业名称楣板、一个卫生篓。
■	需增加展位内设备，请到布展现场办公室办理报装手续、费用自理。

Booth arrangement and charging standards:
■	The area of the exhibition hall is 10,100 m2with 400 standard booths(3m x 3m)
■	Standard booth: RMB 3,000 Yuan per booth; Special booth: standardⅠbooth is RMB30,000 Yuan (including 6 booths); standardⅡbooth is RMB16,000 Yuan(including 4 booths)
■	In the standard booth, there are 3 covering boards, one table, two chairs, two lights, one power point(220V/50HZ), one name board for the enterprises and one garbage basket.
■	Please come to build-up office in the site to apply installation procedure if more equipment are needed and the cost should be burdened by yourself.

YANGJIANG
A BEAUTIFUL CITY AND A HOT LAND FOR INVESTMENT
